So Alone

Remember when I was still,
Just your pretty little girl,
And everything that I knew,
Was less than half of this big world.
Now that I'm older,
I'm out here on my own,
Feeling lost and scared,
'Cause I've never been so alone.
So alone, So alone.
Just another phone call,
Another letter in the box.
Faceless words mask your absence*;
They sneak in the room like a fox.
Now that I live here,
I don't know why I'm here;
I don't belong here;
All of a sudden I'm alone.
So alone, So alone.

*fake your presence (?)
